City Hospital, a 200-bed multi-specialty facility, aspired to achieve NABH accreditation to improve patient safety, clinical quality, and operational efficiency. The hospital faced challenges in aligning existing processes with NABH standards and required expert guidance for documentation, staff training, and audit readiness.
Many existing hospital processes were not fully documented or standardized. Staff were unfamiliar with NABH requirements, and there was a need for comprehensive training and process redesign.
Preparing the required documentation, policies, and SOPs for NABH was a major challenge, as was ensuring all departments were audit-ready.
